Allegiant Virtual Airlines ("we," "us," or "our") operates as a non-profit, community-focused virtual airline for flight simulation enthusiasts. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal data is handled securely and transparently in accordance with U.S. federal laws and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Allegiant Virtual Airlines is a fictional organization and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Allegiant Air, Allegiant Travel Company, or any real-world airline.

When you apply for membership or use our Crew Center, we collect the following information:
• Real Name: Used to process your membership application and verify identity within the community.
• Email Address: Used for account verification, administrative communication, and password resets.
• Age / Date of Birth: Collected solely to verify compliance with age restriction laws. No person under the age of 13 years will be granted membership.
• Country of Residence: Used for regional statistics and network mapping.
• Network IDs (VATSIM / IVAO / SimBrief): Processed to integrate your flight simulation tracking and radar data.
3. Public Data Display & Pseudonyms
To maintain a realistic virtual airline environment, some member information (Name, Join Date, Pilot Rank, and Country of Residence) is displayed publicly on our Pilot Roster and Leaderboards.
Your Control: Upon registration, you have the right to opt out of public real-name tracking. If you choose to opt out, you will be assigned a fictional pilot callsign (e.g., AAY1234) for all public-facing pages.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your personal data to any private organizations, commercial entities, or third parties.
Our website contains integrations and links to external flight simulation services (such as SimBrief, VATSIM, and sayintentions.ai). Please note that we do not control these third-party platforms. When leaving our site, we encourage you to read the privacy statements of each external service you connect to.
5. Data Retention & Storage
Your personal information is securely stored on our web servers. Access to this data is strictly limited to authorized Allegiant Virtual Airlines administrative staff. We retain your data only for as long as your account remains active. If your account is closed or becomes permanently inactive, your personal data will be completely deleted or anonymized.

8. Anti-Piracy Policy
Allegiant Virtual Airlines does not condone or tolerate the use or distribution of pirated software. If a member is found utilizing or transferring pirated material through any official channel (Website, Email, Discord), their membership will be immediately terminated, and relevant details may be forwarded to the software developer or reseller.
